Kourtnie Collins

Kourtnie Collins’ journey is a testament to her determination and loyalty. Growing up in South Bossier, she graduated from Parkway High School in 2010, and then went on to earn her degree in General Science in 2012. Fate intervened when she met her now husband, Christopher Collins, that same year. They’ve since built a life together in the welcoming community of Benton, LA.

In 2020, Kourtnie joined Hargrove Roofing as Billy Hargrove’s assistant. Her exceptional capabilities soon led her to take on additional responsibilities, including Commercial Accounts Receivable, Fleet and Asset Management, and contributions to financials, HR, and hiring. Alongside her professional achievements, Kourtnie finds her greatest fulfillment in being a devoted mother to her two sons, Sage and Rhett.

Before Hargrove Roofing, Kourtnie excelled as a banker. Guided by principles of trust and strict adherence to policies & regulations, she left an indelible mark on her colleagues and clients alike which has paved her path to success. Today, Kourtnie stands as a shining example of dedication, integrity, and the harmonious balance of her roles as a loving wife, mother, and esteemed employee.
